Orders are generally processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times vary wine in 1 to 5 business days, Non-Wine Store items and accessories, transit time 5-15 business days. Delivery details will be provided in the tracking email you receive once the package has been scanned in by the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note: Due to the nature of our wine products, it is rare, but damage can occur during shipping, if this is the case contact us with photo proof of damage and we will be happy to replace any damaged item(s), with identical item(s).
